Customer Service Advisor

The Paul Rigby Group are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team at Birmingham.

Duties of a Customer Service Advisor include the following:

  • Communicating with customers about vehicle issues, warranties and bookings
  • Delivering great customer service to ensure repeat customers
  • To sell products relevant to the individual customer to ensure great service
  • Calling customers to inform them their car is ready to collect
  • Provide In depth information about their service and parts
  • Manager the workflow in the service department
  • Booking customers in for service
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Excellent telephone communications skills
  • Time management skills
  • Basic computer skills
