Welcome to Paul Rigby group, one of the few independent family run retailers in the UK. Learn more about our history, who we are and what we do.
In 2010 our group began in Rocky Lane, Birmingham. We first launched our name in the region, with a single Volvo dealership.
It was then time to move, an opportunity to broaden our outstanding service to a larger audience. We moved to our flagship purpose-built premises on Chester Road in 2013. Our new high-tech home has been instrumental in our growth in Birmingham and beyond.
The Paul Rigby group has always been an eco-conscious business, when time and consideration was taken on our next environmental steps the solution was clear, electric cars were the way forward. This is when a partnership with MG was formed. This, alongside with a commitment to hybrid vehicles from Volvo has secured a sustainable future for the group.
Since then we have grown as a group and have acquired another brand, Hyundai which is based over in Bromsgrove. Hyundai is a fantastic brand with aligning interests and are passionate about the future of automotive cars and electric vehicles. So when the opportunity presented itself, it was the perfect opportunity to grow our group into another brand.
We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, a value that really sets us apart. A high level of service and a memorable customer experience is a strong ethos that runs throughout all departments of the dealership.

Meet Andy Kirkham and Chris Walsh. Andy is our group sales director with plenty of experience within the automotive industry. Chris is our group aftersales director who helps to keep our service department running smoothly and has plenty of aftersales experience within the industry.
