Our loyal customer base allowed us to grow, in 2013 construction began on a larger dealership.
It was then time to move, an opportunity to broaden our outstanding service to a larger audience. We moved to our flagship purpose-built premises on Chester Road in 2013. Our new high-tech home has been instrumental in our growth in Birmingham and beyond.
Service experience is at the heart of our mindset, this became a priority for us. After long term commitment we are proud to say that operate the largest Volvo service operation of any dealership in the UK. This was achieved through training our technicians to the highest standard, and expanding operations. We take the upmost pride when it comes to care for your vehicle.
The Paul Rigby group has always been an eco-conscious business, when time and consideration was taken on our next environmental steps the solution was clear, electric cars were the way forward. This is when a partnership with MG was formed. This, alongside with a commitment to hybrid vehicles from Volvo has secured a sustainable future for the group.
