Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for the automotive industry. You will play a key role in driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and representing the Volvo brand with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by providing outstanding customer service and building long-lasting relationships.
  • Actively prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle handover, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Volvo products, features, and competitive advantages.
  • Present finance and insurance products in a clear and professional manner.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the aftersales team to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A valid UK driving license.
  • Knowledge of Volvo products and the automotive market is advantageous.
