Social Media Executive

Salary: £25,000 per year (Full-Time, Permanent)

Paul Rigby Group proudly represents Volvo, Polestar, Hyundai, and MG across multiple locations in the West Midlands. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and driven Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow the Paul Rigby Group’s presence across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging, original content including posts, videos, adverts, and campaign support tailored to our diverse customer base.
• A passion for cars and knowledge of the automotive industry would be beneficial, but not essential.
• Responsible for content across all Paul Rigby Group locations (Birmingham, Stourbridge, Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas), so a willingness to travel between locations is required.
• Actively engage with followers and the local community to boost engagement and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure consistent and effective messaging.

Brand Collaboration

• Work closely with our manufacturer partners – Volvo, Polestar, Hyundai, and MG – to align all digital content with brand guidelines, campaigns, and strategic objectives.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support the wider marketing team with various tasks such as design work, event photography, and general marketing administration.

Requirements

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· UK Drivers License

Qualifications (Desirable)

• A CIM qualification and/or a marketing-related degree.

Highly Desirable Skills

• Videography: planning, shooting, and editing high-quality social content.
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms for brands.
• Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of tools such as Adobe Indesign or Canva.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Full-time, on-site at your Paul Rigby location of choice, with expectation to visit our other sites throughout the week.
