About us

Paul Rigby Group is a family-owned Midlands based dealer group with fantastic brands operating from super state of the art facilities. Originally starting with the Volvo brand in Birmingham in 2009, the group now represents Volvo & MG in 2 locations, Hyundai, Polestar & LEVC.

We would like to further enhance our vehicle sales administration team & are now actively seeking an experienced candidate to join our growing group. As vehicle sales administrator you will serve as the backbone to our sales department, ensuring smooth & efficient operations. Your attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to multitask will be instrumental in maintaining accurate records, assisting our sales team & enhancing customer experiences. We have recently transitioned into a paperless deal file system called iStoreDocs and any experience with this would be beneficial but not essential.

Initial Duties Include:

  • Reporting to the Sales Manager to ensure all deal files are recorded accurately & in line with relevant forecasting.
  • Liaise with the Sales team, ensure that vehicle orders are in line with the sales order, demonstrators or showroom stock requirements are managed..
  • Collaborate with the Sales team & accounts to complete sales invoicing including costs.
  • Accountability for deal file records to be up to date to ensure month end closes efficiently.
  • Assist in pre delivery of new & used vehicles, working with aftersales from a work booking perspective & arranging relevant paperwork for an effective vehicle handover.
  • To help retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control.

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Computer literacy is a must with knowledge of Pinnacle DMS preferred but not essential.
  • You must be a good communicator.
  • Being Flexible in busy periods is preferable.

Personal qualities

The ideal candidate will be friendly & easy to work with in a fast-paced environment.

Desired qualifications

Previous experience with vehicle sales administration is essential.

GCSE (or equivalent) grade 9-4/A*-C in both maths and English is essential to be eligible for this role.

Prospects

For the right candidate there may be the possibility of full integration in to the Group.

Hours and holiday

40 hrs per week – 8.30 to 5.00 with 30 mins for lunch

22 days holiday - plus bank holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
