Due to continued expansion a vacancy has arisen for an experienced sales executive in our Stourbridge Volvo dealership selling both new and used cars.

Successful candidates must be able to provide evidence of a successful track record and possess exceptional communication and customer service skills. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be expected to follow a robust sales process, work well within a friendly team atmosphere and will be given extensive manufacturer training for you to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct B2B sales calls and telemarketing efforts to generate leads.
• Utilize Salesforce and CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales progress.
• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to cater to a diverse clientele.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
