Due to further expansion, the Paul Rigby Group currently have a vacancy available for a front of house service advisor. We are looking for an individual who is hard-working, confident and has a passion for offering the best customer service possible with a smile on their face.
At the Paul Rigby group, we have a very longstanding relationship with our customers and we know they expect high levels of customer service, we are looking for an individual who can provide this service and provide it consistently.

The individual we are looking for would be ideally suited to this role if they possess excellent interpersonal skills, a self-motivated team player, focused on achieving goals and have the ability to deal with all types of customers under different circumstances.
It is vital that the individual holds excellent communication and listening skills.
All training is provided to aid development.
Previous experience and a full UK driving licence is ideally suited.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday (0800-1800) & alternative Saturday shifts (0830-1230) (Full Time Position)
Commission, Saturday shifts and individual performance bonuses are additional to the stated salary.
Located in Erdington, Birmingham B24.
