Vehicle Sales Administrator

For our new branch - MG Redditch

A position for a Vehicle Sales Administrator has arisen within our growing multi car franchise business. To report to and gain experience from our head of vehicle administration for the group.

We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic candidate with a genuine passion for administration, who is looking for a role that offers full on-the-job training and a pathway to a professional career.

The role will provide excellent exposure working within a growing practice, great training opportunities and support.

Initial Duties Include:

  • Providing excellent support and administrative service to the Sales Department
  • To ensuring efficient processing of new, used and fleet vehicle orders
  • To develop effective manufacturer and supplier contact
  • To help retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control
  • General administration duties

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Computer literate is a must
  • You must be a good communicator
  • You must be well organised, efficient and have a keen eye for attention to detail
  • Being Flexible in busy periods is preferable

Personal qualities

The ideal candidate will be friendly, a good communicator with careful attention to detail.

Desired qualifications

Previous experience with sales administration is essential.

GCSE (or equivalent) grade 9-4/A*-C in both maths and English is essential to be eligible for this role.

Future prospects

For the right candidate there may be the possibility of full integration on to the Group.

Trainee Accounts Assistant Apprenticeship

A Trainee Accountants Assistant (apprenticeship) position has arisen within our growing multi car franchise business.

We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic candidate with a genuine passion for accountancy, who is looking for a role that offers full on-the-job training and a pathway to a professional qualification.

The role will provide excellent exposure working within a growing practice, great training opportunities, and study support.

As an apprentice, you will be required to undertake to study the AAT accountancy qualification.

This apprenticeship position would be ideal for a recent school leaver.

Initial Duties Include:

  • Purchase order checking and processing
  • Inputting of purchase orders and credit notes
  • Supplier accounts administration and reconciliation
  • Answering accounts queries
  • Allocating cash receipts
  • Ad hoc reporting
  • Assisting in all areas of account administration

Sales Executive

Due to continued expansion a vacancy has arisen for an experienced sales executive in our Erdington Volvo dealership selling both new and used cars.

Successful candidates must be able to provide evidence of a successful track record and possess exceptional communication and customer service skills. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be expected to follow a robust sales process, work well within a friendly team atmosphere and will be given extensive manufacturer training for you to succeed.

You will primarily be:

  • Prospecting clients politely and creating appointments
  • Maintaining our reputation for delivering award-winning customer service
  • Demonstrating excellent product knowledge
