Job Description

Due to continued expansion a vacancy has arisen for an experienced Sales Executive in our Erdington Volvo dealership selling both new and used cars.

Candidates must be able to provide evidence of a successful track record and possess exceptional communication and customer service skills. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be expected to follow a robust sales process, work well within a friendly team atmosphere and will be given extensive manufacturer training for you to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting clients politely and creating appointments
  • Maintaining our reputation for delivering award-winning customer service
  • Demonstrating excellent product knowledge
  • Creating a 'pressure-free' sales environment
  • Completing paperwork efficiently

Experience Required: Sales or customer service beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Vehicle Technician

If so, you could be just who we at Paul Rigby Group Volvo are looking for!

We are looking to recruit a fully skilled Technician to work alongside our existing dedicated team at our Volvo dealership in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be time served and hold NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualifications to Level 3.

What’s the role?

You must be able to use current diagnostic equipment, have a proven track record in delivering 'right first time' work and have good communication skills.

In this role you will work towards productivity and efficiency targets, carry out diagnostic work and repair and service customer vehicles. Main dealer experience would be preferred, however full training will be given. A full driving licence is essential.

  • Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm, plus alternate Sats from 8.30am-12.30pm (an average of 42 hours per week).
