What’s included with Care by Volvo

Service and maintenance - Scheduled maintenance work is covered. We’ll be in contact when a service is due. Also, your car will be cleaned when you visit.

Cover for wear and tear (including tyres) - During scheduled maintenance, we will evaluate wear & tear.  Parts will be changed or repaired, including tyres. When subject to normal use.

Courtesy Car, Collection & delivery – During your service we can provide a replacement vehicle or collect and return your car. (max. range 20 miles; max. 10 miles within M25).

Mandatory tax & inspectionsincluded - Legally required vehicle tax (VED) and vehicle testing (MOT for cars aged 3+ years) are included. We’ll notify you when needed. Please make contact if your Volvo displays any related messages.

Dedicated customer care – Contact us your way by phone, email or chat. Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00.

Volvo Cars App - Your car is always connected by an app. You can request assistance, get theft warnings and control features remotely. If you’re in a crash, emergency services will be alerted automatically.

24/7 roadside assistance – Volvo on call can help you from the press of a button. If you have an accident, breakdown, lockout or flat tyre just tap your Volvo on call button. If we can’t help on the spot, we’ll tow you to a Volvo retailer.

Flexible mileage package – As standard the subscription includes 6000 miles per year. If you would like more, please Select more mileage during order summary. This is adjustable at any time; great for transparency and control. Additional mileage is billed at the end of your subscription.

Trial insurance is conditional on completing a subscription order, and eligibility criteria includes min. age of 25, min. 12 months with full UK or EU driving licence, max. 3 fault claims and max. 3 minor convictions in the past 5 years.
